We Need Precision. At Encinos Signs , we create signage that gets built, installed, and seen in the real world — not just liked on a screen. We're looking for a Graphic Designer who can execute clean, accurate designs and follow direction without missing the details. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys structured work, understands production, and takes pride in getting things right the first time . What You'll Be Doing Creating production-ready sign designs (channel letters, monument signs, panels, etc.) Preparing accurate files for fabrication and print Following instructions from sales reps and project managers to the letter Making revisions quickly and correctly (sometimes multiple rounds) Ensuring all specs, sizes, and layouts are precise and buildable Collaborating with our team to keep projects moving without delays What We're Looking For ✔ Strong skills in Adobe Illustrator (CorelDRAW is a bonus) ✔ Ability to follow direction exactly while still producing clean, professional layouts ✔ Detail-oriented — you catch mistakes before anyone else does ✔ Comfortable working on structured, repeatable design tasks (not just creative freedom work) ✔ Good communication and ability to handle feedback without ego ✔ Able to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines What You Get Steady, consistent workflow (no guesswork on what to do next) A team that values accuracy, speed, and reliability Real-world projects you'll see installed across cities Growth opportunities in the sign and construction space Bonus Points If You Have Experience in signage, large-format printing, or production design Knowledge of materials, scaling, and fabrication limitations Experience working with customer revisions or proof approvals
