You will play a crucial role in bringing innovative concepts to market, covering essential production art and graphic design needs.
  • What You'll Do:
  • Lead the graphic design process for a variety of apparel, with a focus on tees and cut & sew garments.
  • Develop and execute production art, ensuring designs are ready for manufacturing.
  • Apply expertise in screen printing, graphic applications (such as patches and heat transfers), and trim detailing.
  • Contribute to color design, bringing vibrancy and aesthetic appeal to product lines.
  • Create and present portfolio examples, including visuals and workflow demonstrations, showcasing your design process.
  • Produce detailed production art schematics for manufacturing.
  • Develop apparel line art illustrations and lay downs.
  • Showcase your proficiency through color design examples in your portfolio.
  • What You'll Bring:
  • Must-Have Qualifications:
  • 3+ years of experience in Graphic Design for Apparel.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • Proven experience working on Tees and Cut & Sew Apparel.
  • Strong background in Production Art and Graphic Design.
  • Expertise in screen printing, graphic application techniques (e.g., patches, heat transfers), and trims.
  • Demonstrated experience in Color Design.
  • A compelling portfolio showcasing 3-5 project examples, including:
  • Visuals and examples of workflows.
  • Production Art schematics.
  • Graphic Design for Apparel.
  • Apparel line art illustration and lay downs.
  • Color Design examples.
  • Nice-to-Have Qualifications:
  • Passion and experience working on sports apparel.
  • Experience collaborating with athletes.
  • Experience building repeats and All Over Prints (AOP).
  • Proficiency with AI and 3D design tools.
