Core Responsibilities Collaborate with clients and internal teams to conceptualize, design, and produce a wide range of signage, including banners, vehicle wraps, dimensional signs, digital displays, monument signs and more. Create compelling visual concepts that align with client branding and communication goals. Utilize industry-standard design software to develop high-quality and print-ready graphics. Maintain an understanding of current design trends and apply them to projects when appropriate. Provide accurate estimates of price, design timelines and adhere to project deadlines. Participate in design reviews, provide and receive constructive feedback, and make necessary revisions. Maintain organized files and documentation for each project. Requirements Degree or equivalent experience in graphic design or a related field. Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and other relevant design and print software. Solid understanding of typography, color theory, and layout principles. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present and explain design concepts effectively to customers. Detail-oriented mindset and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Preferred Skills Strong portfolio showcasing a diverse range of design projects, including signage and branding. Prior experience in the signage industry or related field is a plus. Knowledge and experience in sign production, vinyl application and fabrication Ability to read architectural drawings and create quotes Experience creating illuminated signs and monument signs Knowledge of Bend and Redmond sign codes Benefits Competitive compensation commensurate with experience.
