Electronic Circuit Board Soldering Specialist:
Micro-Soldering:
Perform precise manual soldering and de-soldering of surface-mount (SMT) and through-hole components (resistors, capacitors, ICs) on complex PCBAs.
Visual Inspection:
Conduct continuous quality checks using magnifying shields to identify and correct solder bridges, cold joints, or component misalignments.
Fine-Wire Assembly:
Handle delicate jumper wires and assist with prototyping tasks when required.
Rework & Repair:
Utilize precision tools to troubleshoot and rectify defects identified during the testing phase.
Documentation:
Maintain accurate logs of completed assemblies and report recurring component issues to the engineering team. Qualifications of an

Exceptional Hand-Eye Coordination:
Ability to maintain a steady hand while working under high magnification for extended periods.
Technical Proficiency:
Familiarity with a variety of solder alloys, flux types, and temperature-controlled equipment.
Blueprint Literacy:
Ability to confidently read and interpret schematics, blueprints, and assembly drawings.
Patience & Focus:
