In this pivotal role, you will oversee the preparation of high-quality print files, ensuring color accuracy, layout precision, and adherence to client specifications. Your expertise will drive the seamless transition from digital design to vibrant, impactful large-scale graphics used in trade shows, exhibitions, and promotional events. Responsibilities Manage and coordinate all prepress activities for large format and trade show graphics, ensuring timely delivery and quality standards are met. Oversee the preparation of print-ready files using industry-standard software such as Adobe Creative Suite, with a focus on layout design, typography, and color management. Collaborate with graphic designers, production teams, and clients to review artwork, provide technical guidance, and resolve any file or design issues early in the process. Implement rigorous quality control procedures to verify color accuracy, image resolution, and overall print readiness across various substrates and printing methods. Supervise the setup and calibration of printing equipment including flexo presses, CNC machines, and other manufacturing tools to optimize output quality. Maintain comprehensive documentation of prepress processes, color profiles, and production standards to ensure consistency across projects. Lead troubleshooting efforts for technical challenges related to screen printing, machining, or other manufacturing aspects involved in large format printing. Qualifications Proven experience in prepress operations within large format printing or trade show graphics production. Strong knowledge of color management techniques and proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign). Familiarity with screen printing processes, flexo presses, CNC machinery, and machining techniques used in large-scale graphic production. Ability to interpret technical specifications and translate them into precise print files while maintaining high quality standards. Experience with layout design principles, typography mastery, and print advertising requirements. Knowledge of manufacturing environments including safety protocols for operating forklifts or other machinery as needed. Excellent communication skills for collaborating across teams and providing clear technical guidance.
