Job Description
Position Summary The Graphic Designer is responsible for creating visual concepts that communicate ideas and captivate audiences. This role involves designing a wide range of marketing materials, including digital content, print materials, and branding assets, to support the company's overall marketing strategy and objectives. This position also requires a baseline understanding of photography, or the aptitude to learn and acquire skills in this area. Essential Functions and Basic Duties
Create visually appealing designs for various marketing materials, including digital, print, and social media.
Collaborate with the graphic design team and other marketing & e-commerce team members to ensure brand consistency and high-quality output.
Collaborate with marketing, product management, sales, engineering, manufacturing, and other departments to create cohesive and impactful visual content.
Take application and studio photography of our products to be used in marketing campaigns and product listings, assist in planning and coordinating in-person site visits for photography
Review digital proofs and physical proofs from suppliers and customers as needed, ensuring consistency with brand image and guidelines
Assist in the development and execution of branding strategies.
Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to project goals.
Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices to keep the company's design work innovative and competitive.
Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Lightroom).
Strong attention to detail and a keen eye for visual composition.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
Creative thinker with the ability to translate ideas into visually appealing designs.
Photography skills, including experience with both application and studio photography, are highly preferred. Experience Required
Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in graphic design.
Proven track record of successful design projects.
Experience in photography, particularly in application and studio settings, is highly preferred.
Bachelor's degree in graphic design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
Certification in graphic design or related software is a plus. Physical Activities and Mental Demands Requirements

Pay:
$45,000.00 - $52,000.00 per year
