Job Description

P2:3 Consultants Position Overview P2:3 Consultants is seeking a talented and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to support the creative needs of our growing client portfolio. This role is responsible for producing high-quality visual assets across digital, print, web, email, and social platforms while maintaining brand consistency for both P2:3 and our clients. The ideal candidate is creative, organized, fast-moving, and able to translate strategy into strong visual communication. They should be comfortable working in a collaborative, deadline-driven environment and able to manage multiple projects at once without sacrificing quality. This is an on-site position . Remote and hybrid work are not available for this role. Because of the seasonal nature of our business and our clients' needs, flexibility in hours and days worked during the spring and summer season is required . Key Responsibilities Design marketing assets for client campaigns, including social media graphics, digital ads, email graphics, flyers, signage, and promotional materials Develop branded creative that aligns with each client's voice, goals, and visual standards Support seasonal campaigns, special events, promotions, and ongoing marketing initiatives Create print-ready files and coordinate with vendors when needed Assist with website visuals, landing page graphics, and other digital design needs Collaborate with the marketing team on campaign concepts, creative direction, and content planning Maintain organized design files and brand asset libraries Ensure all creative is accurate, polished, on-brand, and delivered on deadline Make revisions based on internal and client feedback in a professional and efficient manner Help elevate the quality and consistency of visual output across all accounts Qualifications 2+ years of graphic design experience preferred Strong portfolio showing a range of digital and print design work Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, especially Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign Working knowledge of Canva and other fast-turn creative tools is a plus Understanding of layout, typography, color, and brand application Ability to manage multiple projects and shifting priorities Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality Clear communicator who works well with a team Experience designing for social media, email, web, and print Photography, video editing, or motion graphics experience is a plus but not required Skills and Attributes Creative and strategic thinker Strong sense of design and visual storytelling Organized and dependable Able to take direction well and apply feedback Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment Committed to excellence in both concept and execution Willingness to work on-site and adapt to seasonal scheduling needs Work Environment and Schedule This is an on-site position Remote and hybrid work are not available Flexibility with hours and days worked is required, especially during the spring and summer season Availability for occasional extended hours or adjusted schedules during peak campaign and operational periods may be needed What Success Looks Like in This Role Creative deliverables are completed accurately and on time Client brands are represented consistently and professionally Designs support campaign goals and improve overall marketing quality The marketing team can rely on strong, efficient creative support across accounts Preferred Experience Experience in agency work, hospitality, attractions, tourism, family entertainment, or multi-location businesses is a plus.
