Graphic Designer

Graphic Designer True Innovations & Design (USA) LLC. | Irvine, CA | On-Site | $60,000 to 70,000 (+ Merit-Based Bonus Program, PTO, Benefits, etc. ) True Innovations designs and develops office seating & furniture sold through major retailers nationwide. As part of our collaborative creative team inside of our larger organization, Living Style, your designs will play a direct role in how customers discover and choose our products across leading retail platforms. This is a high-volume role that rewards strong organization and the ability to keep projects moving smoothly. This position reports to the Digital Design Manager and works closely with the Marketing Director and EVP of Marketing & Creative. What you'll do

• Design and produce digital content for major e-commerce retail platforms, including PDPs, carousels, below-the-fold modules, and retailer-specific formats
• Create clear, compelling visual storytelling that accurately represents product features while carefully following brand guidelines for licensed brands
• Upload and manage assets through Salsify, Syndigo, and other retailer content platforms
• Work directly with account managers to navigate retailer specifications and buyer requests across multiple retail partners
• Iterate efficiently on designs under time constraints while maintaining quality
• Use AI tools to support ideation and increase efficiency
• Produce additional digital advertising, print ads, in-store product displays, and other graphics with production-ready files
• Prepare clean, well-organized working files for handoff to our motion design team or for print production
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining strong file organization What we're looking for Required
• 2-5 years of graphic design experience
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
• Strong design fundamentals across both digital and print formats
• Ability to maintain strong brand integrity and alignment with guidelines
• Excellent organization and attention to detail, especially with file management, naming conventions, and edits across multiple files.
• Ability to receive and incorporate feedback in a structured approval process while delivering consistent work
• Clear communication skills and comfort managing multiple priorities
• Bachelor's degree in design, graphic design, or a relevant program Strongly Preferred
• Experience with e-commerce or retail marketing projects
• Experience using AI design tools
• General familiarity with motion graphics principles (helpful for smooth file handoffs)
• Working knowledge of communicating product functionality in graphics
• Working knowledge of large-scale print graphics and environmental design/graphics Portfolio required for consideration.
