Connect Realty The Opportunity:
C21 Connect Realty is building the most disciplined, dependable, and high-performing real estate marketing team in Georgia. This is not a "design for fun" role. This is an execution role inside a fast-moving, service-driven marketing department where deadlines matter, communication is non-negotiable, and consistency is the standard. You are not here to just make things look good—you are here to deliver assets that perform, support agents, and elevate the brand. If you thrive in structured environments, take ownership of your output, and understand that reliability is just as important as creativity, this role is a strong fit. If you prefer flexible schedules, remote work, or loosely defined expectations, this will not be the right seat.

The Graphic Designer is a core operator within the Marketing Department. You are responsible for producing high-quality, on-brand design assets on time, every time—supporting agents, leadership, and internal initiatives with speed, accuracy, and consistency. This role directly impacts agent trust, departmental credibility, and brand perception.
Core Responsibilities:

Design Production & Turnaround:
Execute design requests with a 24-48 hour turnaround as the baseline expectation Social media graphics Print materials (flyers, postcards, signage) Branding assets and templates Internal marketing materials Manage daily design queue and prioritize tasks based on urgency and impact Escalate early if deadlines or capacity are at risk—no last-minute surprises Deliver designs that minimize revisions through attention to detail on the first pass Ensure all work aligns with brand standards, formatting requirements, and platform specs
Brand Consistency & Quality Control:
Maintain consistency across all agent and company-facing materials Apply brand guidelines accurately across multiple formats and use cases Organize and manage design files within shared systems (Google Drive, Canva Teams, etc.) Ensure final deliverables are clean, accurate, and ready for immediate use
Professional Conduct & Team Culture:
Maintain a solutions-driven, service-oriented attitude—especially under pressure Operate with a high level of accountability and ownership Communicate clearly and proactively with team members and agents This role requires maturity, emotional intelligence, and reliability
Trend Awareness & Skill Development:

Continuously Improve:
Design speed and efficiency Layout, typography, and visual hierarchy Understanding of marketing performance (what actually works) This role requires curiosity, initiative, and a growth mindset—not complacency

Beginner to intermediate experience in graphic design (portfolio required) Comfortability or proficiency in Canva Strong time management and prioritization skills Comfort operating in a structured, deadline-driven environment Clear, professional communicator—written and verbal Ability to self-manage workload and escalate issues early Team-first mindset with high personal accountability
Bottom Line:
This is a high-trust, high-expectation role inside a marketing department that values execution, communication, and consistency. If you want to sharpen your skills, produce meaningful work, and be part of a marketing team that performs—this is your opportunity. Apply with your resume and design portfolio.
