As Graphic Designer, you will play a key role in bringing our brands to life across packaging, retail merchandising, eCommerce, advertising, social media, and sales materials. You will collaborate closely with Marketing, Product Development, Sales, and eCommerce teams to create visually compelling work that drives engagement and sales. Key Responsibilities Brand Creative Development
- Develop compelling visual assets that align with brand standards and business objectives
- Create innovative concepts for product launches, campaigns, promotions, and brand initiatives
- Apply strong typography, layout, composition, and color theory to all creative work Packaging and Product Support
- Design and update packaging, inserts, instruction manuals, and supporting collateral
- Manage artwork revisions, approvals, and production-ready files
- Ensure consistency across all product and packaging touchpoints Digital and eCommerce Creative
- Design website assets, enhanced content, digital advertising, email graphics, and social media content
- Create retailer-specific content for Amazon, Walmart, Home Depot, Lowe's, Target, and other key accounts
- Support digital shelf optimization through engaging visual storytelling Marketing and Sales Support
- Design sales presentations, merchandising displays, trade show materials, advertisements, and promotional assets
- Support photography and content creation projects
- Partner with cross-functional teams to execute marketing initiatives Creative Operations
- Maintain organized digital asset libraries
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines
- Ensure consistency, quality, and accuracy across all deliverables Skills and Competencies Creative Excellence
- Strong understanding of branding, typography, composition, color theory, and visual storytelling
- Ability to translate business objectives into compelling creative solutions Technical Expertise
- Highly proficient in Adobe Creative Cloud, especially Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign
- Strong understanding of print production and digital asset creation
- Experience with image retouching and photo editing Ownership Mindset
