Paradise Creative Group is looking for a talented, detail-oriented Graphic Designer to join our growing creative team. We work on a wide variety of projects across marketing, events, tourism, museums, live music venues, political campaigns, economic development, community initiatives, branding, print production, and business consulting. No two days are the same. We are looking for someone who is creative, fast-moving, organized, and experienced in the current Adobe Creative Suite environment — especially someone who understands real-world production and can deliver clean, professional, print-ready files. What You'll Be Doing Designing brochures, flyers, posters, banners, signage, advertisements, social media graphics, and marketing materials Creating and refining logos and branding packages Preparing high-resolution, print-ready files for production Assisting with layout design for magazines, museum exhibits, event materials, and promotional campaigns Working with clients and team members to bring concepts to life Managing revisions and maintaining organized project files Helping maintain consistent branding across multiple projects and industries Software & Skills Required Strong working knowledge of the current

Adobe Creative Suite:

Adobe Illustrator Photoshop InDesign Acrobat Ability to export clean print-ready files Understanding of bleed, DPI, color modes, and production setup Strong typography and layout skills Experience designing for both print and digital Ability to work on multiple projects at once Strong communication and time management skills Bonus Skills Experience with large-format print design Social media content creation Basic video or motion graphics experience Website graphics/UI experience Photography or photo editing experience Experience working with printers and production vendors What We're Looking For Creative thinker with attention to detail Someone who can take direction and also contribute ideas Reliable, deadline-driven, and adaptable Comfortable working in a fast-paced creative environment Portfolio required About Paradise Creative Group Paradise Creative Group works on a broad range of creative and marketing projects throughout Southwest Florida and beyond.
