About Leto Graphics Leto Graphics is a full-service large-format graphics and vehicle wrap company serving Long Island and the greater New York City metro area. We specialize in commercial vehicle wraps, fleet branding, window and wall graphics, dance floor wraps, and custom signage. We work with businesses of all sizes — from solo operators to multi-vehicle fleets — to deliver high-impact visual branding that turns heads and drives results. We are a tight-knit, fast-moving team that takes pride in the quality of our work and the relationships we build with our clients. We are looking for a Graphic Designer who brings both creative vision and technical precision to everything they do. Role Overview As a Graphic Designer at Leto Graphics, you will be responsible for taking client concepts from initial brief all the way through to print-ready production files. You will collaborate directly with our sales and production teams to ensure that every design not only looks exceptional but is technically optimized for large-format output. This role requires someone who is equally comfortable brainstorming bold creative concepts and executing the meticulous technical work that brings them to life on vinyl. Key Responsibilities Conceptualize and design vehicle wrap layouts, window graphics, wall murals, floor graphics, and custom signage from client briefs and reference materials Develop original artwork and adapt client-supplied logos, brand assets, and imagery for large-format print applications Prepare and output print-ready files that meet production specifications including proper bleed, color profiles, resolution, and scale Communicate directly with clients and the sales team to present concepts, gather feedback, and refine designs through revisions Perform retouching, color correction, and image manipulation as needed using Adobe Photoshop Build precise vector-based layouts and graphics in Adobe Illustrator, working with layered templates mapped to specific vehicle makes and models Manage multiple active projects simultaneously, tracking deadlines and keeping files organized within our production pipeline Coordinate with the production team to ensure designs translate accurately from screen to substrate, accounting for material, laminate, and installation variables Maintain an organized file library and follow internal naming conventions and archiving standards Required Qualifications Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and Adobe Photoshop is required — you will use both daily Demonstrated ability to design for large-format print, including working knowledge of bleed setup, color mode (CMYK), resolution requirements, and file output Strong sense of layout, typography, and color — you can take a rough client idea and turn it into something that looks polished and intentional Ability to work independently and manage your own time across multiple concurrent projects Strong attention to detail — mistakes in production files are costly, and we need someone who checks their work Comfortable communicating with clients and receiving feedback professionally Preferred Qualifications Prior experience designing vehicle wraps or large-format graphics is a significant plus Familiarity with vehicle template files and wrap-specific design conventions Understanding of vinyl print and installation processes Experience in a production or print shop environment Compensation & Benefits Compensation is commensurate with experience.
