About The Role:
Homebound is seeking an entry-level Graphic Designer to support our growing marketing team. This role is ideal for a highly creative and detail-oriented designer looking to gain hands-on experience across a wide range of marketing initiatives, including community launches, digital campaigns, sales collateral, events, branding, and social media. As part of a lean and fast-paced marketing team, this individual will play an important role in helping bring the Homebound brand to life across both digital and print channels. This is a hybrid role in one of our current markets: Dallas or Houston TX, Tampa or St. Petersburg FL or Los Angeles, CA.
What You'll Do:
Design marketing collateral including flyers, brochures, signage, presentations, email graphics, social media assets, and advertisements Assist with creative support for community launches and events Create and maintain branded Canva templates for internal teams Support website graphic updates and digital marketing creative needs Collaborate closely with the Marketing Director on campaign execution and branding initiatives Ensure brand consistency across all marketing materials Organize and maintain creative asset libraries Assist with photo selection, basic image editing, basic video creation and editing, and layout design Support sales and field teams with marketing deliverables as needed
What You'll Bring:
Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, Communications, or related field preferred Internship or freelance design experience is a plus Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) Experience with Canva required Basic understanding of layout, typography, branding, and visual storytelling Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment Positive attitude and willingness to learn and grow Experience with Figma is a plus Proficiency with Google Workspace applications including Docs, Sheets & Slides Experience with Google Suite Strong communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work cross-functionally
