An office-first employee is an employee within the Greater Omaha Metropolitan Area whose default work location is a designated office and has office presence at least three days per week. An office-first employee may at times perform work outside of a designated office location based on personal or professional need, at the discretion of their supervisor. This role may be performed with flexible working arrangements, including a mix of work from home and in-office work. Scooter's Coffee is headquartered in Omaha, NE. The successful candidate lives in Omaha, NE. Relocation is not available for this role. Description Scooter's Coffee is committed to developing in-house talent and is pleased to offer a role with significant opportunities for professional growth. We are seeking a detail-oriented Production Designer to support the creative team while continuing to build and refine their design skillset. This position is well-suited for a motivated, versatile designer who is eager to contribute to a dynamic and evolving brand across both campaign and day-to-day design needs. The Production Designer will take ownership of design projects for franchise owners while also executing production work across large, integrated marketing campaigns. In this role, the Production Designer delivers timely, on-brand creative that supports both franchisees and larger marketing campaigns. Success is measured by the ability to independently manage franchisee projects, accurately execute production work for campaigns, and help bring an evolving brand to life through consistent, high-quality execution across all assets. This role helps the creative team move faster, ensures franchise partners feel supported, and contributes to polished marketing at every customer touchpoint. Essential Duties & Responsibilities Franchisee & Local Marketing Support Design assets for franchisees, such as local promotions, store signage, social graphics, flyers, and digital ads Adapt brand-approved templates and campaign assets to meet local needs while maintaining brand standards Manage multiple projects at once, meeting deadlines and responding to feedback efficiently Campaign & Production Support Assist in the production of creative assets for national and regional marketing campaigns Resize, format, and prepare artwork for various channels (digital, print, in-store, OOH, etc.) Support senior designers with layout updates, versioning, and final file prep Help ensure accuracy, consistency, and quality across all deliverables Collaboration & Process Work closely with designers, marketers, and cross-functional partners to execute creative needs Receive and apply feedback thoughtfully and efficiently Help keep design files organized and follow established workflows and naming conventions Other duties as assigned Qualifications 0-2 years of professional design experience (internships or relevant coursework included) Strong foundation in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) A design portfolio showcasing relevant work, including digital and/or print projects, that demonstrates a strong design foundation Strong understanding of preparing and finalizing design files for production across digital and print formats Preferred, but not required: Experience in motion graphics Basic understanding of brand guidelines and visual systems Ability to follow direction while also taking initiative on projects Strong attention to detail and time-management skills Proficient computer skills: Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint required Must thrive in a fast-paced environment and work well under pressure Disclaimer The functions and skills described here are general in nature and represent the type of work performed, but they do not constitute an exhaustive list of all duties and responsibilities performed on the job.
