As a Senior Graphic Designer, you are a proactive team player, excited and ready to engage on a multitude of projects in a fast-paced environment. You must be highly creative and innovative, ready to conceptualize, design, and develop visually-appealing graphics and content—from handouts and project sheets to complex visually-compelling proposals and presentations—that will inform and engage the intended audience
Role Summary:
As a Senior Graphic Designer within the Sales GID Creative Services team, you will conceptualize and lead the delivery of high-quality graphic design deliverables for Jacobs counterparts around the world, based on your alignment You will leverage your design thinking and technical acumen to lead the development of outstanding graphics and collateral that will positively impact our communication with our clients on proposals, pursuits and other sales-related efforts. You will act as a consultant, coach and contributor and support a very collaborative environment with your Sales Operations and other stakeholders in the efforts that you will lead. Here's what you'll need Bachelor's degree in graphic design or related discipline from a four-year College/University; work experience in A/E/C that matches the requirements of the position in lieu of degree; Master's degree a plus 10+ years professional graphic design experience; A/E/C and/or Sales experience a plus Exceptional skills in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, and Acrobat) and Microsoft PowerPoint; proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams); experience working with additional creative, visual, interactive, and multimedia tools a plus Advanced knowledge of procedures and technical concepts required for role, including design aptitude to understand what constitutes good design, and a demonstrated ability to apply that knowledge using layout, typography, graphics, and images in order to produce highly effective visual communications Prior Architectural/Engineering & Construction and/or Proposal and Sales experience a plus Knowledge of ArcGIS plug-in for Illustrator, SketchUp, Streetmix, and Interactive PDFs a plus Illustration and hand sketching experience a plus Please note: If you are being represented by a recruitment agency you will not be considered, to be considered you will need to apply directly to Jacobs. #ASIAID #PHREC #LI-AG1 From our inclusive employee networks to our positive mental health champions - we're committed to driving a culture of caring where you can be you.
