With our in-house development team, we strive to create new software solutions and integrations to streamline our services and assist partnering companies with furthering their abilities to better serve customers. Jusczak Companies is seeking a motivated and creative Vinyl Coordinator to join our team on a part-time basis. This hybrid role combines graphic design responsibilities with hands-on vinyl installation work at our facilities and job sites. The ideal candidate will have a strong eye for design, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently while maintaining high-quality standards. Requirements Design and prepare vinyl decals, and signage for all new trucks and trailers Operate design software (Graphtec CE8000) to create and modify artwork for print and installation Coordinate vinyl production and ensure design accuracy before installation Install vinyl graphics on company equipment, vehicles, signage, and other surfaces Assist with measuring, layout planning, and material preparation Maintain organization of vinyl inventory, tools, and supplies Travel to out-of-state company locations as needed for installations Collaborate with leadership on branding and visual projects Ensure all installations meet company quality and safety standards Qualifications Degree in Graphic Design or related field required Experience with graphic design software such as Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and/or CorelDRAW Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to work both independently and as part of a team Comfortable with hands-on installation work and physical activity Valid driver's license and ability to travel when required Previous vinyl installation experience preferred, but not required Position Details Part-time position

Pay:

$25-$30/hourly based on experience, paid bi-weekly
