The Role:
The Graphic Designer will own the visual design work behind Strategie's client accounts, producing purposeful, polished design across brand identity, print collateral, digital ads, social media templates, and email design. You'll work closely with our COO and the rest of the Strategie team, contributing your design thinking to both the day-to-day work and broader client strategy conversations. If you love variety and take pride in craft, this role has plenty of both.
What You'll Do:
Design print materials at all scales, from business cards and brochures to large-format signage and everything in between Create digital ads, social media templates, and email designs for clients Support website design needs in collaboration with our Web Developer & Designer Develop and maintain brand guides and visual identity systems for clients, bringing consistency and craft to every client touchpoint Join client brand strategy meetings and contribute your creative perspective Manage multiple projects simultaneously, staying organized, collaborating with the team, and communicating proactively about timelines
What You Bring Experience and Skills:
3+ years of graphic design experience, with a portfolio that demonstrates range, depth, and the ability to balance client needs with creative expression Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop) and Canva Comfort working across a variety of design tools, and an openness to evolving your workflow as the industry continues to change Demonstrated experience designing for both print and digital, with a clear understanding of the nuances of each A strong eye for typography, layout, color, and visual hierarchy
