What You'll Do As a key member of our creative team, you'll help concept, design, and produce marketing campaigns for automotive brands and other retailers across the country.

You'll:

Develop compelling visual concepts for advertising campaigns across digital, social, video, broadcast, email, and print. Create motion graphics, animated content, and video assets that capture attention and drive engagement. Collaborate closely with creative leads, copywriters, and account teams to bring campaigns to life. Translate marketing objectives into clear, effective visual communication. Maintain and evolve brand standards while pushing creative boundaries. Create new eye-catching designs that compel people to act. Manage multiple projects and deadlines while maintaining exceptional quality and attention to detail. Stay ahead of emerging design trends, animation techniques, and creative technologies. What We're Looking For We're seeking a designer who combines strong visual instincts and a passion for creating work that performs. Qualifications Strong portfolio demonstrating exceptional design, motion graphics, and visual storytelling across multiple channels. 2+ years of professional graphic design and motion design experience, preferably in an agency, advertising, or marketing environment. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud, including Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro, and Audition. Strong understanding of typography, composition, branding, color theory, and visual hierarchy. Experience designing for both digital and traditional media. Ability to take projects from concept through final execution. Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively across teams. Self-motivated, organized, and comfortable managing multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment. Bonus Points Experience in automotive advertising or retail marketing. Knowledge of AI-assisted creative tools and workflows. Experience with video editing, animation, or 3D design. Experience in Photography and Videography Why Sterling E-Marketing?
