We're growing our in-house marketing team and are looking for a talented Graphic Designer with a strong print and layout background to help elevate our real estate and lifestyle branding. About the Role This role is ideal for a designer who loves print, appreciates beautiful typography, and enjoys creating polished, editorial-style layouts from concept through final production. You'll work closely with the Director of Marketing and focus primarily on brochures, magazines, email marketing design, flyers, handouts, signage, and other high-end print collateral, with some supporting digital work. If you take pride in clean composition, intentional spacing, and refined visual storytelling, this role offers the opportunity to see your work come to life across luxury marketing materials. Key Responsibilities

• Design high-quality print and digital marketing materials including brochures, flyers, postcards, listing presentations, signage, and email graphics
• Create magazine-style and editorial layouts with a refined, luxury aesthetic
• Execute brand-consistent layouts using strong typography and composition
• Prepare files for print production and manage final output (print, cut, bind in-house)
• Design plat maps, lot signage, neighborhood signage, and development collateral
• Collaborate with marketing, sales, and media teams to integrate photography and video assets
• Manage multiple projects while maintaining a high level of quality and organization What We're Looking For
• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design
• 4+ years of professional graphic design experience (in-house or agency preferred)
• A portfolio that showcases strong print and layout work
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, and Canva
• Strong understanding of typography, hierarchy, and layout composition
• Comfort working both collaboratively and independently
• Detail-oriented, organized, and deadline-conscious Nice to Have (But Not Required)
• Experience in real estate, architecture, construction, or luxury brands
• Basic video editing or motion graphics experience Why Join Us
