About the Role Center Stage Merchandising is looking for a highly organized, detail-oriented Production Artist / Graphic Designer to join our growing creative team. This role is ideal for someone who loves the execution side of design — preparing clean, production-ready artwork, organizing files, building tech packs, and helping bring products from concept to reality. You'll work closely with our Creative Director, designers, project managers, and production partners to support the development of headwear, apparel, and lifestyle merchandise across a wide range of brands and industries. Responsibilities Prepare production-ready artwork files for headwear, apparel, and merchandise Build and update tech packs, mockups, and presentation materials Ensure artwork files are accurate, organized, and factory-ready Assist with revisions, color updates, file prep, and final approvals Collaborate closely with designers and project managers to execute creative efficiently Help maintain creative consistency across multiple brands and product categories Support the creative team in a deadline-driven, fast-moving environment Qualifications Strong working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator and Photoshop required) Understanding of production art, file setup, embroidery, screen print, and apparel decoration processes Highly detail-oriented with strong organizational skills Ability to manage multiple projects and shifting priorities Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and grow Strong communication and collaboration skills Experience in apparel, headwear, merchandise, or lifestyle branding is a plus Requirements Online portfolio required Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite 1-3 years of relevant experience preferred, but talent and work ethic matter most
