Production Manager (signs and graphics)

Lead Sign Production Technician ImageLife Signs - Nashville, TN www.imagelifesigns.com We are seeking a highly skilled, versatile Sign Production manager to join our team and take a lead role in the fabrication and printing of custom architectural signage . This position is hands-on, working with state-of-the-art equipment in a fast-paced, detail-driven environment. If you're an expert in CNC routing, laser cutting, wide-format printing, and ADA signage fabrication , we want to hear from you. Key Responsibilities:

Operate and maintain production equipment including: CNC Router Laser Cutter Mutoh 3D Printer Roland XR640 Printer Vanguard Flatbed Printer Fabricate ADA-compliant tactile signage with attention to detail. Perform file prep, RIP software operation, and color matching. Assist in shop organization, workflow management, and training newer team members. Conduct quality control inspections to ensure products meet company and client standards. Collaborate with Operations to meet deadlines and troubleshoot production challenges. Maintain a clean and safe working environment.

Qualifications:

3+ years of experience in sign fabrication or large-format printing. Proficient in CNC and laser operation . Strong knowledge of wide-format printing processes . Familiarity with ADA sign production standards . Skilled in Adobe Illustrator, CorelDRAW, and RIP software. Ability to manage multiple projects in a deadline-driven environment. Detail-oriented with a "get it done" attitude.
