Full-time, weekdays 9-5. Requires proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, including understanding of large format, bleeds, scaling, and image trace. Experience with design elements including alignment, contrast, white space, pixels, crop, and familiarity with type/font, as well as spacing/kerning are required. Must have a willingness to listen and learn, be a team player, and have a dedicated work ethic. Other duties include cross-training in production (e.g., trimming, weeding, application, lamination) and other tasks as assigned. Pay depends on experience and education.

Strong understanding of color management principles, typography best practices, and layout design standards. Prior experience in sign manufacturing or production design is a plus but not required.
