$50/hour. Flexible part-time. Interesting real-world products. We're looking for an experienced graphic designer to support the launch of new retail products for an established industrial equipment manufacturer. This is true fractional, on-demand work. Most weeks you'll spend just a few hours on projects. During product launches, there may be more. There are no minimum hours, no fixed schedule, and no benefits. We're looking for someone who enjoys high-quality freelance work and can jump in when needed. Most work is remote, but occasional travel to our Brenham, Texas office is required for hands-on collaboration involving packaging, physical products, and live design sessions. Candidates located in the Texas Triangle (Houston, Austin, College Station/Brenham) are strongly preferred. You'll work directly with our team creating everything from retail packaging and product labels to brochures, mail pieces, web graphics, and other marketing assets. Many assignments are intentionally small and move quickly, often taking less than a few hours from concept to finished files. We're not looking for someone to manage marketing or build brand strategy. We're looking for a designer who already knows great design when they see it and can consistently produce polished, production-ready work with minimal direction.
