Job Description

Job Description Overview We're looking for a Junior Graphic Designer to support day to day design needs across marketing, sales, and internal initiatives. This role is focused on execution. You'll take direction, work within established brand guidelines, and help bring campaigns, content, and materials to life quickly and consistently. You'll work closely with the Marketing and Experience team to keep projects moving and ensure everything looks polished, on brand, and ready to use. Responsibilities What You'll Do Support the creation of marketing and sales materials including: Social media graphics Email visuals Brochures and one pagers Infographics Presentation slides Apply and maintain brand consistency across all deliverables Work within the design system to ensure scalable, reusable design Take direction and iterate quickly based on feedback Prepare files for print and digital use Resize, adapt, and version existing assets for different channels Help organize and maintain design files and assets Support quick turnaround requests without sacrificing quality Explore and apply AI tools to support design workflows, concepting, and production efficiency This list of responsibilities might not cover everything you'll end up doing.
