Position Summary The Graphic Designer is responsible for creating visual assets that support Electrolit's brand across digital, social, retail, and ecommerce touchpoints. The role brings Electrolit's visual identity to life by producing on-brand, high-quality creative materials that elevate campaigns, retail presence, and consumer engagement. The Graphic Designer works closely with Content, Social, Influencer, Brand, and Sales teams to deliver design solutions that meet Electrolit's creative standards, accelerate turnaround times, and ensure consistent execution across all channels.Location:
Houston TX (on-site) Key Responsibilities Design and produce visual assets for Electrolit's digital, social media, ecommerce, retail, and brand marketing initiatives. Ensure all creative content aligns with Electrolit's brand standards, tone, and visual guidelines. Support campaign execution by producing graphics, animations, static visuals, retail signage, and promotional materials for key marketing moments. Partner with Content, Social, and Influencer teams to develop integrated creative elements for paid and organic campaigns. Manage creative requests from internal stakeholders and deliver assets within deadlines. Adapt designs for various platforms, ensuring technical accuracy for digital, print, and retail production. Develop and maintain templates, style guides, and brand assets to strengthen consistency across Electrolit's channels. Collaborate with stakeholders to refine concepts and ensure creative output supports campaign goals and brand messaging. Assist with packaging, point-of-sale graphics, and shopper-focused materials when needed. Maintain an organized asset library and ensure file management best practices across projects. Perform additional duties and projects as assigned. Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Strong understanding of design fundamentals including typography, layout, color theory, and composition. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign; Premiere/After Effects a plus). Working knowledge of Canva and the ability to leverage templates and brand kits for efficient, on-brand design execution. Ability to produce creative assets for both digital and print channels with knowledge of production requirements. Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering accurate, polished work. Ability to translate Electrolit's brand identity into visuals that resonate across diverse audiences. Strong communication and collaboration skills when working with cross-functional teams. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment. Familiarity with design trends, digital branding standards, and social-first creative approaches. Ability to receive and integrate feedback while upholding brand consistency. Experience with asset organization, versioning, and file management best practices. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in graphic design, visual communication, digital media, or a related field. 2-4 years of professional design experience; CPG, beverage, or consumer-brand experience preferred. Strong portfolio demonstrating digital, social, and print design capabilities. Experience in fast-paced marketing organizations or agency environments is a plus. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud required; motion graphics and 3D animation experience preferred. Other Requirements Ability to work on-site in Electrolit's Houston office. Ability to work extended hours during product launches, key campaigns, or retail deadlines. Occasional participation in content shoots, team meetings, or marketing activations may be required. Physical Requirements Ability to sit and work at a computer for extended periods. Ability to lift or move marketing materials and equipment up to 10 pounds. Regular use of computers, design tools, and office equipment.
