This is a full-time role, working 3x/week onsite, supporting a wide range of digital and print design needs across marketing, brand, and internal communications, with exposure to food and lifestyle photoshoots.

What You'll Do:

Develop and design marketing materials including menus, flyers, brochures, posters, banners, emails, and social media graphics, ensuring all work is visually appealing, on-brand, and easy to read Design digital assets for the website, social media, email campaigns, and online advertising Collaborate with the Creative, Brand, Menu, and Internal Marketing teams to ensure designs meet marketing goals and support HR, Operations, Coordinate with print vendors and oversee the printing process for quality and accuracy Maintain and enforce brand guidelines across all design materials Manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment Attend food and lifestyle photoshoots to support styling and art direction

What You'll Need:

3-5 years of graphic design experience in an agency or in-house setting BFA or bachelor's degree in graphic design, communications, or a related field preferred Strong portfolio spanning digital and print, ideally with hospitality or food and beverage work Mastery of Adobe Creative Suite, particularly InDesign, with hands-on experience across print, large format, packaging, digital ads, and social media assets Solid understanding of typography, layout, color, and design fundamentals Ability to create and evolve brand identities and maintain brand guidelines Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to juggle multiple deadlines Proficiency in Microsoft Office Experience in Figma, WordPress, basic HTML, or environmental signage is a plus In this position, you may have access to client or customer systems, confidential and/or proprietary information or data. This position is onsite and requires you to work closely with other individuals in a collaborative team environment.
