In this dynamic role, you will craft innovative visual solutions that communicate brand messages effectively across various mediums. Your passion for digital art, graphic design, and sign manufacturing will help shape the visual identity of diverse projects, from storefront signs to digital displays. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to blend artistic talent with technical skills in a fast-paced environment committed to excellence and creativity. Duties Develop compelling sign designs using industry-standard tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Figma to create detailed layouts and visual concepts. Being able to talk to clients Collaborate with clients and team members to understand branding goals, project scope, and technical specifications for signage projects. Create digital art, illustrations, motion graphics, and logo designs that align with branding strategies and marketing objectives. Prepare production-ready files for sign manufacturing, ensuring accurate color management, layout design, and material specifications. Assist in photo manipulation and photography sessions to produce high-quality visuals for promotional materials or sign prototypes. Support the entire sign production process from conceptualization through installation by providing detailed design documentation and overseeing quality control. occassionally will help with production usually just cutting some banners or vinyls nothing too complicated. Main focus will be treating with customers and being able to work computer and design programs Requirements Proven experience in graphic design, digital art, or sign manufacturing with a strong portfolio showcasing branding, logo design, and visual design projects. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects), Sketch, CorelDRAW, InVision, and other relevant design tools. Most importantly photoshop and illustrator. Knowledge of typography, color theory, layout design, and print advertising techniques. Strong understanding of color management principles and typesetting for print and digital media. Excellent presentation skills to communicate ideas clearly to clients and team members. Ability to interpret client needs into innovative signage solutions while maintaining attention to detail throughout the production process. Experience with sign manufacturing processes including production design considerations is a plus.
