Job Description:

Join a dynamic team as a remote Production Designer, where your keen eye for detail will drive the creation of polished, production-ready design assets across multiple platforms. Perfect for building real-world experience in supporting marketing and communications projects. Responsibilities Optimize and maintain design assets, ensuring consistency with brand standards across various platforms. Deliver precise, production-ready assets by flawlessly swapping logos, images, colors, and text. Craft and revise documents and layouts for both internal and external audience use. Utilize Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft Office programs to produce high-quality designs efficiently. Prepare files for seamless print and digital distribution, adhering to quality benchmarks. Manage several design tasks and deadlines while fostering team collaboration. Skills Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or similar qualification, or equivalent practical experience. Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite, focusing on InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop. Proficient in Microsoft PowerPoint and Word with a design-centered approach. Exceptional detail-orientation and organizational adeptness in task management. Clear communication abilities and openness towards constructive feedback. Preferred Skills Experience in crafting templates and aligning design projects with brand guidelines. Adaptability to numerous design tools and software swiftly. Knowledge of large-scale generation of brand assets using tools like Adobe Express.
