We're Hiring a Senior Graphic Designer! Cupbop is seeking an experienced and visionary Senior Graphic Designer to join our dynamic team. If you're a creative leader with the ability to inspire and lead a team, this is your opportunity to grow with us and help shape the future of our brand. As a Senior Graphic Designer at Cupbop, you'll lead our design efforts, manage intern or entry-level designers, and play a key role in maintaining and enhancing our bold, fun brand identity across all platforms.
What You'll Do:
Lead the design and production of diverse digital and print marketing materials Oversee the creation of Cupbop merchandise and store designs Manage and mentor a team of designers, ensuring high-quality output and creativity Collaborate closely with the marketing team on large-scale campaigns and events Ensure brand consistency across all visual materials Drive innovative design solutions that push the boundaries of our brand's visual identity
What We're Looking For:
5+ years of experience in graphic design, with a strong portfolio showcasing digital and print work Proven experience in leading and managing a design team Expertise in design software such as Illustrator, Photoshop, and Figma Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously Excellent communication and leadership skills Experience in app or web design is a plus A passion for creativity, collaboration, and driving brand success We are looking for someone energetic and fun with a strong work ethic and sense of responsibility!
