Job Description
Maverik Center is looking for an enthusiastic individual to join us as a Graphic Design Intern. This is a seasonal, part-time (June - November 30), paid internship in West Valley City, UT. Applicants must be current students in a 4-year degree program focused on graphic design or illustration. In this role, you will work with the marketing department to develop and execute concepts. This is a great opportunity for a talented student to gain professional experience, especially if you are able to take constructive criticism. While this is a part-time, paid, entry-level role, we expect applicants to have a working knowledge of the Adobe Creative Suite. You must submit a portfolio of work to be considered. Graphic Design Intern Duties and Responsibilities Conduct client research Help develop and execute design concepts for physical and digital spaces Complete projects within set deadlines Assist with administrative tasks as necessary Must be able to work a flexible schedule, including weekly office hours, nights, weekends, and holidays as the schedule dictates. 20 hours per week in-office Graphic Design Intern Requirements and Qualifications Current enrollment in a 4-year graphic design or illustration degree program.
