Position Overview The ideal candidate is a confident design expert who can independently assess branding needs, provide strategic recommendations, and carry those concepts through to polished, production-ready outputs. Key Responsibilities Serve as the primary graphic design advisor to the Front Office, providing expert guidance on branding, visual identity, and design standards Evaluate existing communication materials and recommend improvements to ensure consistency, clarity, and visual impact Develop and implement cohesive branding strategies across presentations, reports, digital content, and internal/external communications Translate complex ideas and messaging into compelling visual designs that align with organizational goals Create high-quality graphics, layouts, and visual assets for both digital and print formats Ensure brand consistency across all deliverables and communication channels Collaborate with leadership and stakeholders to understand messaging objectives and deliver tailored design solutions Manage multiple projects simultaneously, from concept through final delivery, with minimal oversight , Required Skills Active Top Secret/SCI with Polygraph Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience) 5+ years of professional graphic design experience in a fast-paced or client-facing environment Proven ability to independently develop and implement branding and design strategies Advanced proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.) Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in branding, layout design, and visual storytelling Experience working directly with senior stakeholders or leadership teams Exceptional attention to detail and ability to produce polished, professional deliverables , Desired Skills Experience supporting executive-level or Front Office communications teams Familiarity with government, defense, or highly regulated environments Experience designing for both digital platforms and print production Knowledge of accessibility and usability standards in design Please note that all applicants must be U.S. citizens and require additional screening from our clients.
