This position requires technical expertise, creativity, and excellent customer service skills.
Responsibilities:
Create commercial designs for vehicle wraps, signage, and large-format graphics. Prepare print-ready files with accurate color management and proper formatting. Operate and manage Roland VG large-format printers and Graphtec plotters. Communicate with customers in a clear, friendly, and professional manner. Explain printing capabilities, materials, and design options to clients. Assist customers with basic sales-related questions and project planning. Collaborate with the production team to ensure high-quality results.
Qualifications:
Minimum 5 years of professional experience in graphic design and large-format print production. Strong proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and Adobe Photoshop. Extensive knowledge of Roland VG printers and Graphtec cutting systems. Excellent customer service and communication skills. Positive attitude, charisma, and the ability to work well with clients. Basic understanding of sales and customer interaction. Strong attention to detail, reliability, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Being bilingual in English and Spanish is not required, but it is a strong plus.
Compensation:
