Job Description

Job Title:
The Advanced Associate, Product Program Management. This role aligns to industry level title such as "Junior Product Manager".
Job Summary:
Supports the delivery and improvement of curriculum products by consolidating feedback, maintaining demo user accounts and materials lists, and identifying process enhancements. Drive product accuracy through attention-to-detail, opportunities for AI efficiency, and course catalog upkeep. Will be responsible for understanding our proprietary learning management system, authoring tools, and applications that are central to our daily workflow, including Jira, Microsoft Suite, and Smartsheet.
Key Responsibilities:
Consolidate feedback from multiple sources to inform curriculum product improvements and feature development. Maintain demo user details for new curriculum releases, ensuring conditions for successful rostering are met and teachers have access to timely updates. Identify process improvements and opportunities for AI to streamline product accuracy, especially in materials and text details associated with courseware. Audit course catalog details for accuracy and clarity in specific states for partner schools and programs. Support reporting queries tied to licensed courseware. Facilitate team processes to ensure curriculum is represented with timely product showcases, school communications, and teacher resources.

Qualifications (Education & Experience): Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in product management, education, or related field. 1-2 years' experience in product operations or curriculum support. Strong organizational, communication, and analytical skills. Experience with online courseware, support teams, or professional communication is a plus. Compensation at Pearson is influenced by a wide array of factors including but not limited to skill set, level of experience, and specific location. As required by the California, Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, New Jersey, New York State, New York City, Vermont, Washington State, and Washington DC laws, the pay range for this position is as follows: The minimum full-time salary range is between $65,000 - $70,000.
