Design Mode is seeking a talented and detail-driven Event Designer to bring client visions to life through exceptional event concepts and stunning design execution. This is a full-time, on-site role for a creative professional who thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced environment. About the Role As an Event Designer at Design Mode, you will develop creative event concepts, prepare design presentations, and collaborate with clients and internal teams to produce polished, visually cohesive experiences. This position is ideal for a mid-level designer with strong aesthetic vision, excellent communication skills, and hands-on experience in event design or related creative fields. What You'll Do Create and present event design concepts, including mood boards, layouts, and décor selections. Collaborate directly with clients to refine creative direction and ensure design alignment with their goals. Partner with the operations and production teams to ensure flawless design execution on-site. Source décor, furnishings, linens, lighting, and other design elements to bring concepts to life. Stay informed of emerging trends and materials to continuously elevate Design Mode's creative offerings. Support event styling and setup to ensure every event reflects Design Mode's signature standard of excellence. What You'll Bring 3+ years of experience in event design, interior design, or a related creative field. Strong understanding of design principles, color theory, and spatial layout. Exceptional attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Proficiency in creative presentation tools such as Canva, InDesign, or similar design software. Excellent communication and collaboration skills with both clients and internal teams. Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends for events.
