Job Description
5+ years of professional experience in Product Design, UX Design, or related disciplines. Strong experience working within Agile environments. Deep understanding of UX principles and user-centered design practices. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Advanced proficiency with Figma. Experience building, maintaining, or contributing to design systems. Experience creating and managing component libraries, variants, properties, and reusable design patterns. Ability to create interactive prototypes in Figma. Strong understanding of accessibility standards and inclusive design principles. Experience documenting design systems and design decisions. Experience leading or scaling enterprise design systems. Familiarity with front-end technologies and working closely with engineering teams. Knowledge of motion design and animation best practices.
