The Role You'll be the senior IC designer on a small, product-obsessed team, working directly alongside the Head of Design, who previously built design tools used by millions of designers and motion designers worldwide. Strong design leadership is already in place. What they need now is someone who can match that level of craft and help ship it. You'll own significant parts of the product end-to-end, with your work shipping fast and mattering immediately. What you'll own: Core interaction design for a desktop-first product at the frontier of AI and human workflow Zero-to-one thinking on new interaction patterns that don't exist anywhere yet The visual bar for a product that millions of knowledge workers could use every day A direct working relationship with founders and design leadership who genuinely care about craft What Makes Someone Right for This The designers who thrive here have a few things in common.
