B2B websites, landing pages, or social media work is a plus. As a Senior Lead Designer, you will be crucial in leading your team's technical functions and operational excellence. You are passionate about design, customer satisfaction, and operational efficiency. Leveraging your design expertise, you will collaborate with team members, implement innovative strategies, and build workflows to ensure clients consistently receive a delightful experience. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Collaborate with Design Team leadership to identify and implement efficiencies at the team level. Collaborate with the Design Team leadership to suggest improvements and address client requests, differentiating between requests and bugs. Lead, manage, and mentor the Lead, Associate, and Contract Design Team members, ensuring adherence to industry best practices and company standards. Provide exceptional support to clients throughout the Design Pipeline, going above and beyond to ensure timely, accurate project completion. Refine processes and standard operating procedures (SOPs) with Design Team leadership. Master the functions and limitations of Webflow, WordPress, and Figma to understand and complete updates, changes, or questions asked by members of the Design Team. Coordinate with Design Team leadership to escalate and address client issues. Allocate and manage client email requests and phone calls among the team members, ensuring timely responses and service. Step into any Design Team role as needed to provide support when resourcing is required. Become an expert in the client project Design Process to complete assigned projects. Become proficient in search engine optimization (SEO) to assist with writing, implementing, and answering client questions surrounding custom SEO on client websites. Support and educate the Design Team to deliver world-class web designs and educate clients on digital marketing best practices. Maintain and communicate company expectations and goals to Design Team members. Serve as the point of contact for high-level technical design and customer service inquiries. Foster critical relationships within the organization for seamless transitions between departments and key accounts. Optimize training strategies and materials for Design Team ICs, to ensure proficiency in website design and client services.
