Job Description

As a Product Tooling & Enablement Associate you will provide fast, effective support for tooling and data issues. You will focus on executing responsibilities, supporting onboarding, and collaborating with team members to drive adoption and best practices. This role offers a clear path for growth into more senior enablement positions and provides opportunities for mentorship and exposure to leadership. Job Responsibilities Support team-level tooling improvements and provide fast, effective support for tooling and data problems. Identify and resolve Jira/Align data issues to keep product information accurate. Create and maintain guides and instructions for tool usage. Support onboarding and training for new users of the tools. Collaborate with team members and horizontal partners to ensure compliance and support business needs. Partner with associates across Product, Technology, Design, and Data to improve delivery practices in a healthy and sustainable way Required qualifications, skills and capabilities 3 years of experience within an enterprise product or technology environment. Proficient knowledge of product development tools. Strong communication and teamwork skills. Commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion. Preferred qualifications, skills and capabilities Agile or Project Management Certification. Experience in financial services or a related industry.
