• Are you passionate about Engineering? Introba is looking for an Engineering Intern in Technology Design to join our St. Louis office for the Summer of 2026. This internship is your chance to be part of a collaborative community where you can expand your knowledge and sharpen your skills through hands-on, meaningful work.
• Responsibilities & Qualifications
• What You Will Do
• + Conduct relevant research as directed by senior consultant and develop reports + Support the development of detailed design documents including drawings and specifications for systems and supporting infrastructure + Support the Designers and Consultants to develop any necessary content + Conduct periodic site visits to meet project objectives + Learn to coordinate with external parties, clients, collaborators and vendors + Support the project Designer and Consultant to develop and manage punch lists for each system •What You Bring to the Team•(Competencies•)•+ Exceptional organizational and time management skills, with a proven ability to efficiently prioritize and manage multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneously + Excellent written and verbal communication skills, capable of producing clear documentation and interacting professionally with clients and colleagues + Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while also able to effectively collaborate in a team environment + Strong commitment to integrity, consistently demonstrating ethical, fair, and responsible behavior + Commitment to innovation and continuous learning, with a passion for acquiring new skills and driving improvements •Your Education and Experience•+ Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Computer Engineering + Proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD + Experience or coursework in engineering design is a plus + Strong computer skills, including MS Office Suite, social media platforms, and other online/cloud-based tools •Additional Information•At Introba, we strive to create a supportive and enriching learning environment that empowers you to make an impact.
