This role is ideal for a highly creative and detail-oriented designer with experience developing consumer products and packaging from concept through production. The position requires strong illustration skills, a solid understanding of print production and packaging processes, and the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, collaborative environment while maintaining high design standards. The Basics

Location:

Onsite Monday through Thursday in Kissimmee, FL Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in a design-related field or equivalent experience 3+ years of experience in product design, packaging design, or product development Strong illustration capabilities Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Microsoft Office Solid understanding of packaging design and print production processes Strong creative, organizational, and communication skills Detail-oriented with strong execution and collaboration abilities Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment Experience working cross-functionally with creative and technical teams Key Responsibilities Design and develop consumer products from concept through production Support product execution across multiple categories with a focus on consumables Create and approve packaging designs, including layout, graphics, and structural elements Review and approve four-color print proofs to ensure accuracy and quality Collaborate with development teams to align designs with guidelines and compliance standards Research market trends, consumer insights, and category innovations to inform design direction Create concept sketches, color palettes, style guides, and visual assets Develop product mockups, line sheets, and presentation materials Adapt and manipulate existing graphic assets to create new design solutions Partner with product development, merchandising, sourcing, and technical teams Manage multiple concurrent projects and timelines Monitor competitive products and industry trends to drive innovation In this position, you may have access to client or customer systems, confidential and/or proprietary information or data. This position is onsite and requires you to work closely with other individuals in a collaborative team environment.
