Miami, Florida What you will be doing: Concept and execute design across Shopify DTC, Amazon storefronts and listings, retail packaging support, paid social, lifecycle email, and brand campaigns. Set the visual direction on assigned projects, partnering with copy, strategy, and production. Maintain and extend Rho's brand system, templates, and component libraries in Figma. Lead reviews and working sessions with junior designers and external partners. Present work clearly and confidently to senior leadership and cross-functional stakeholders. Steward craft standards across every asset that ships under the Rho brand.
What you must have:
5 to 8 years of design experience, ideally in-house at a consumer, wellness, or DTC brand. A portfolio demonstrating strong typography, layout, and conceptual range. Fluency in Figma and the Adobe Creative Suite. Experience designing for ecommerce environments, with familiarity navigating Shopify and Amazon constraints. Ability to lead projects with ambiguous briefs and tight timelines. Strong written and verbal communication, including the ability to rationalize design choices.
