job summary: A Vehicle Engineer Lead is needed for immediate direct hire role in the Augusta, GA area to lead the development of vehicle related components and systems from concept to production. This is a key yet very exciting role that will work with cross functional teams delivering components and subsystems to support consumer utility vehicles, and connected solutions. Requirements for this role is a BSME along with 8+ years of related experience leading the design and development of vehicle components and systems, leading efforts on design feasibility as well as working in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders ensuring Design for Manufacture, (DFM). The right person for this role will be vibrant, have a proven passion for the automotive industry and can multi-task while mixing long-term projects with the urgency of immediate demands.
