Product Designer / Illustrator

Job Overview We are looking for a talented and highly motivated Product Designer / Illustrator to work at our office location in Chicago with our marketing and product development teams on a full-time basis. The position is in-house only. The ideal candidate will work on a variety of projects including; product development art, illustration, typography, packaging design, logo design, photography, and photo retouching. Must be efficient with Adobe Creative Suite (mainly Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign), CAD software, Microsoft 365, and Mac OS. We live and breath Halloween, Christmas, Easter, and Summer decor (including Patio Living) in a fast paced environment

• with ever changing design trends!

We are heavily on top of our holiday home decor game and are looking for someone who shares the same passion we have for Reindeer, Snowmen, and Jack-O-Lanterns. Duties Develop and refine home decor product concepts through illustration, photoshop, and CAD models. Strong typography skills and font knowledge for use with product development, branding, and logos. Knowledge and experience with colorways, textiles, and product materials. Product photography experience coupled with expert level photo touch ups and editing using Adobe Photoshop. Collaborate with marketing teams to ensure designs are feasible and market-ready. Maintain an organized library of design files, sketches, swatches, and project documentation. Stay updated on upcoming industry trends, materials, and technologies to continuously to improve design quality. Strong written communication and organizational skills. Attention to detail!
