12+ Months Contract Job Summary We are seeking an experienced Design Release Engineer with a strong background in automotive engineering. The ideal candidate should have experience in designing, releasing, or supporting automotive components and a solid understanding of vehicle systems. Required Qualifications Bachelor''s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Automotive Engineering, or a related field. 3+ years of automotive engineering experience. Strong understanding of engine systems or automotive components such as: Fuel Injection Systems Exhaust Systems Powertrain Transmission Experience with product design, release, validation, and engineering change management. Ability to work with cross-functional teams including manufacturing, suppliers, and testing. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills. Preferred Skills Experience with CAD tools (CATIA, NX, Creo, or SolidWorks). Knowledge of APQP, DFMEA, GD&T, and automotive development processes. Experience working with OEMs or Tier-1 suppliers.
