This position aims to achieve or surpass launch metrics for new feature development while representing the Voice of the Customer. The ideal candidate will collaborate closely with colleagues from Product Planning, Core Engineering, Systems Engineering, HMI, and Validation, maintaining a strong focus on developing and delivering new features to meet corporate milestones. Specific job responsibilities include but are not limited to:

United States Requirements Basic Qualifications:

Bachelor of Science:

Electrical, Mechanical, Software, or Systems Engineering or an equivalent from an ABET accredited university5 years of automotive experienceGood communication skills, both verbal and written and ability to communicate technical content to a non-technical audienceGood project coordination skillsFlexibility•must be able to adapt to changing environment with minimal effect on productivityStrong Automotive Systems BackgroundStrong Background in Engineering Product DevelopmentKnowledge of ISO 26262Understanding of FMEA, FTA, HARAAbility to interpret various regulatory requirements and Industry Best practicesKnowledge of INCOSE requirements decompositionFunctional knowledge of DVP&R and validation planning

Preferred Qualifications:
