Back Systems Technical Lead•EMAT#2016754 Auburn Hills, Michigan, United StatesApply X Facebook LinkedIn Email Copy Job Description Stellantis' global strategic plan established the Systems Technical Lead role to oversee new feature development and coordinate activities of the cross-functional teams. This position aims to achieve or surpass launch metrics for new feature development while representing the Voice of the Customer. The ideal candidate will collaborate closely with colleagues from Product Planning, Core Engineering, Systems Engineering, HMI, and Validation, maintaining a strong focus on developing and delivering new features to meet corporate milestones. Specific job responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Ensure common process and consistent execution of virtual and physical toolsAct as the technical expert at the vehicle level for assigned domain areas (including Safety)Support Vehicle Issue Resolution as a member of first responder teamCapture lessons learned for specific domain areaOwn initiatives to address Safety, Quality or Warranty concernsSupport platform new feature developmentSupport program specific new feature developmentConducting competitive benchmarking & voice of customer clinics to support the development processPlanning development cadence based on defined deliverables and milestonesFO writers and Feature leader (from
EMAT/THER

United States Requirements Basic Qualifications:
Bachelor of Science:
Electrical, Mechanical, Software, or Systems Engineering or an equivalent from an ABET accredited university5 years of automotive experienceGood communication skills, both verbal and written and ability to communicate technical content to a non-technical audienceGood project coordination skillsFlexibility•must be able to adapt to changing environment with minimal effect on productivityStrong Automotive Systems BackgroundStrong Background in Engineering Product DevelopmentKnowledge of ISO 26262Understanding of FMEA, FTA, HARAAbility to interpret various regulatory requirements and Industry Best practicesKnowledge of INCOSE requirements decompositionFunctional knowledge of DVP&R and validation planning
Preferred Qualifications:
Master of Science in Electrical, Mechanical, or Software Engineering or equivalent from an ABET accredited universityKnowledge of IBM doors, ANSYS Medini Analyze or similar ALM/PLM management toolsExperience with embedded software developmentSystems Engineering experienceExperience with system network topology diagramsAble to Understand Problem from all aspects (Software, Hardware, Field)Proactive or Reactive Green BeltIn depth knowledge of a functional domain (i.e. Body, Chassis, Electrical, Interior..)
