Job Description:
Associate Denim Designer and Denim Designer We are seeking a talented Associate Denim Designer and Denim Designer to join our team and support the development of women's denim and woven bottoms. This role partners closely with design leadership, product development, production, and merchandising to bring seasonal concepts to life from initial sketch through final approval. Employment Type Full-Time Work Arrangement On-site Location New York, NY Key Responsibilities Design and develop women's denim and woven bottoms Create and maintain detailed tech packs from concept through final approval Develop CADs and presentation materials for internal reviews and line presentations Collaborate with product development, production, and merchandising teams on fit, construction, and material approvals Attend fittings and communicate clear, accurate comments to support product execution Maintain product information within PLM systems and ensure updates are accurate and timely Manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment Qualifications 2-5 years of design experience in women's denim, bottoms, or related categories Strong technical design and tech pack development skills Proficiency in CAD and familiarity with PLM systems Understanding of garment construction, fit, fabrication, and product lifecycle processes Strong organizational, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills Ability to work independently, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlines
