Job Description

Location:
New York, NY Hybrid Salary:
$90,000 + An established and respected manufacturer of children's soft accessories and plush located in New York City is seeking a talented designer to join our team. Key Responsibilities Develop plush designs and concepts for new products including plush, gift sets, blankets, bath, hats etc. under our existing brand. Collaborate with the Product Development team to ensure accuracy and completeness of all project information. Deliver all artwork on time while adhering to brand guidelines and standards for both internal and licensed partner brands. Prepare and verify all production files before they are sent to factories. Participate in quarterly shopping trips to gather inspiration and market insights. Work with cross-functional teams to conceptualize new product developments.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Design or a related field. 5+ years of experience in designing plush, accessories and children's products. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Microsoft Office, and Photoshop/Illustrator. Ability to create 3D renderings Strong skills in creating original prints and incorporating personal artwork into designs.
