In this role, you will help shape how legal professionals understand business performance through intuitive, elegant, and highly functional product experiences. You will work at the intersection of data visualization, product strategy, and user-centered design, helping transform complex financial, billing, and operational information into clear workflows and actionable insights. This role is ideal for a designer who thrives in ambiguity, can quickly get up to speed on challenging domains, and is confident collaborating closely with product managers and engineers to deliver meaningful outcomes. What You'll Do

• Lead the end-to-end design process for reporting and analytics features, from discovery and concept development through delivery and iteration.
• Partner with Product and Engineering to define experience strategy, align on priorities, and establish measures of success.
• Design workflows that help users interpret and act on financial, billing, and operational data.
• Translate complex systems and datasets into scalable, user-friendly interface patterns.
• Use research, prototyping, and feedback to inform decisions and reduce uncertainty.
• Advocate for customer needs while balancing business goals, technical constraints, and timeline considerations.
• Deliver polished, accessible, and cohesive design solutions with a high standard of craft.
• Communicate ideas clearly through storytelling, decision framing, and cross-functional collaboration. What You Bring
• 6+ years of experience designing digital products, ideally within B2B SaaS environments.
• A portfolio demonstrating strong experience with dashboards, reporting tools, analytics platforms, or other data-rich interfaces.
• Proven ability to simplify complex domain logic for non-technical users.
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams, including product, engineering, and data-focused stakeholders.
• Strong skills in interaction design, information architecture, usability, and visual design.
• A customer-centered approach and the ability to turn insights into clear design direction.
• Proficiency with modern design and prototyping tools, along with comfort using AI-assisted tools in your workflow.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to explain rationale, trade-offs, and recommendations effectively.
• A collaborative, low-ego mindset with a bias toward action and delivery.
