Job Description:

We are seeking a Senior UX Product Designer to join the Design Systems and Practices Team (DS+P) within Financial Advisor Services. This team is responsible for building shared design foundations, scalable systems, and high-quality user experiences across digital products. The ideal candidate will have a strong systems mindset, deep expertise in design systems, and the ability to create scalable, AI-ready workflows while maintaining consistency, accessibility, and governance.

Key Responsibilities:

Design, deliver, and mature AI-ready design system foundations (AXS 3.0). Lead semantic token architecture including naming conventions, color, spacing, and typography systems. Build scalable design systems that support rapid prototyping using approved patterns. Partner with engineering teams to align design systems with code implementation. Launch and maintain automated documentation across Figma and engineering platforms. Develop governance models, usage guidelines, and system guardrails. Influence teams by raising standards for craft, systems thinking, and AI-enabled workflows.

Required Qualifications:

10+ years of UX/Product Design experience. Strong experience with design systems, component libraries, and scalable pattern ecosystems. Expertise in tokens, components, templates, and governance models. Strong collaboration experience with developers/engineers. Advanced proficiency with Figma and prototyping tools. Knowledge of AI-assisted design workflows. Experience building or managing automated design documentation. Strong visual design skills including typography, layout, and interaction design. Portfolio required for consideration.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with semantic tokens, theming, or multi-brand ecosystems. Experience integrating Figma libraries with Storybook or engineering systems. Experience in regulated environments (accessibility/compliance). Experience supporting CMS, content-heavy, or marketing web ecosystems.
