Package Designer

Description We're looking for an onsite Packaging Design Consultant to join a creative package design team that specializes in fun, kid‑friendly consumer products. This is a 3‑month engagement based in Philadelphia, supporting fast‑moving packaging projects from concept through production. What You'll Do + Design and evolve packaging for kid‑focused products + Create and build dielines from scratch and adapt existing ones + Collaborate closely with internal creative, brand, and production teams onsite + Support concept development, design execution, and packaging updates + Translate brand guidelines into engaging, shelf‑ready packaging + Prepare print‑ready files, ensuring accuracy across specs, substrates, and finishes + Manage multiple projects in a fast‑paced, creative environment Requirements What We're Looking For + 3-7+ years of experience in packaging design (CPG or consumer products preferred) + A strong portfolio showcasing playful, colorful, consumer‑facing packaging + Hands‑on experience creating dielines and working with print vendors + Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator required) + Deep understanding of print production and packaging requirements + Ability to work onsite in Philadelphia + Comfortable jumping in quickly, collaborating, and working independently Nice to Have + Experience with kid‑oriented brands or consumer products + Familiarity with packaging regulations or compliance standards + Agency, studio, or in‑house packaging background Innovation starts with people.® Robert Half is the world's first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
